The Hilliard Gateway project is a redevelopment of a FIFTY-FIVE acre site to include a new Giant Eagle grocery store, Get Go gas station, Retail, Restaurant and 440 Lifestyle Community high-end apartments and two medical offices buildings.  The Hilliard Gateway project reflects a number of characteristics of Continental's development approach.  Find the right land opportunity and work with local officials to get the right zoning, site plan and public infra-structure; know in advance the type of tenants who would benefit by addressing realistic community needs and get them signed; partner with others whose strengths elevate the quality of the project and help existing partners get to the next level in their growth.  NAIOP members Continental Building Systems, US Bank, Wesbanco, Champaign Bank, and Park National Bank participated in this project.
