Located adjacent to the new 100,000 square foot OhioHealth Ambulatory Care Center in Pickerington, Ohio, this two-story building is currently under construction for an expected completion of spring 2015. Our project will include a 4 room ambulatory surgery center and medical office space that supports the campus. The building is located at the main entrance to the new OhioHealth Pickerington Medical campus, which is in the heart of Pickerington. The project features a totally integrated approach, combining the access to the MOB and Ambulatory Care Center in one centralized area. In addition to our uses, the campus will feature a full service 24-hour Emergency Department, Imaging, Lab and Rehabilitation departments, in addition to a multi-specialty general practice clinic. The project is a joint venture with OhioHealth. Daimler is the developer and construction manager for the project. NAIOP member, EMH&T, participated in this project.
