NAIOP Central Ohio presents Gravity II Hard Hat Tour with Kaufman Development & Happy Hour at Taft’s Brewporium

(Parking Garage is off May Street. We will meet in the lobby of Gravity.)

Please join NAIOP Central Ohio on Wednesday May 25th PM for a tour of the second phase of the Gravity project located in Franklinton.  Gravity Phase II will feature 840,000 SF of space in total, including a twelve-story residential tower, a six-story creative office building, 30,000+ SF ground floor retail space, rooftop amenity space, an inclusive shared-living community, residential townhomes, structured parking, an abundance of indoor and outdoor amenity space, and more.

The event will include a brief presentation by Frank Sasso, President of Kaufman Development, followed by a hard hat tour of the project.  

Following the tour, a networking happy hour will be held at Taft’s Brewporium located in Gravity I from 5:00 – 6:00 PM.
