Join the Central Ohio NAIOP Chapter for an interactive discussion featuring the City of Columbus’ new Development Director, Steve Schoeny. After years in state government and private sector consulting, Mr. Schoeny will share elements of his vision and priorities in his new job guiding the City of Columbus’ development efforts. Mr. Schoeny will welcome participation from luncheon participants as he seeks to understand the challenges that NAIOP members may face in developing projects within the City of Columbus.
Also presenting will be Jill Tangeman, Esq., Partner, Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP. Ms. Tangeman will present on “Improving Development in the Capital City: Encouraging more Re-Use and Development for Citizens and Businesses.”
