Morning Program and Lunchtime Game
Nationwide Realty Investors, the real estate development affiliate of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and the developer of the Arena District, is nearing completion on renovations of the Buggyworks complex at 390 & 400 W. Nationwide Blvd. The complex, located on the western edge of the Arena District adjacent to Huntington Park, is comprised of the original 1902 timber-framed building and a concrete addition that was added in the 1950's. The renovation work has created a unique and open office environment with modern standards for energy efficiency, while embracing the historic feel of the 100 year-old exposed brick and timber structures on the inside. The 1902 building has 115,000 +/- RSF on 4 floors and the 1950's structure boasts 30,000 +/- RSF on the third floor with floor to ceiling storefront windows and a parking structure beneath. The 390 building will be anchored by Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, Inc. Renovation work is anticipated to be completed this fall.
